The elongated cushion cut is grounded in antique references. Displaying soft, rounded corners and sides, this cut sits gracefully on the hand and reads the most similarly to antique-cut diamonds such as old mine cuts. They have a more subtle scintillation than their radiant cut counterparts, but the modern faceting still brings plenty of sparkle to draw the eye.
